Generation Google Scholarship

The Generation Google Scholarship was established to help aspiring computer scientists excel in technology and become leaders in the field. Scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate’s impact on diversity, demonstrated leadership, and academic background. Those selected will be invited to attend the Google Scholars’ Retreat in the summer of 2020.

Levels: High School Seniors, Undergraduates, and graduate students
Citizenship Requirements: Students must be attending school in the US or Canada
Majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related majors
Amount(s):  $10,000 (for students studying in the US) $5,000 (for students studying in Canada).

Deadline to Apply: December 5, 2020

Google Lime Scholarships

Google has partnered with Lime Connect to support students with disabilities (visible or invisible) to work toward their academic goals in the field of computer science. Those selected will be invited to attend the Google Scholars’ Retreat in the summer of 2020.

Levels: undergraduates and graduate students

Majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related majors
Amount(s):  $10,000 (for students studying in the US) $5,000 (for students studying in Canada)

European students can apply to Google Europe Students with Disabilities Scholarships

Google Veterans of America Scholarship

Googles Veterans of America Scholarship supports current student veterans (including
members of the National Guard or Reserve). Those selected will be invited to attend the Google Scholars’ Retreat in the summer of 2020.

Levels: Undergraduates and Graduate students
Majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related majors
Amount:  $10,000 (for students studying in the US)
