REU Finder LLC offers a menu of services for higher education practitioners including workshops in person and/or on Zoom. We also offer consulting services for practitioners who are looking for best practices on creating programs that aim to recruit and retain a diverse pool of candidates. Whether you are running a new grant or reinvigorating a new program REU Finder LLC can help you. REU Finder LLC is led by Tiffany Reardon who has over twenty-two years of experience working in higher education. She has created several awarding educational programs from scratch and can provide help with program infrastructure and/or offering presentations to your students. We work with programs to design specific programs tailored to your students’ needs and/or your programmatic needs.
